A sound bath is a guided rest experience layered with the tones of crystal singing bowls. You stay fully clothed, settle into stillness, and let the sound carry your nervous system into deep rest. No experience is needed.

A sound bath is the sound experience itself. A Reset is a full guided session for teams that follows the Abide Method, with breath and gentle movement leading into the sound bath at its center.

Yes. Abide Collective is based in Franklin and brings sessions to workplaces and private gatherings across Nashville, Brentwood, and the surrounding Middle TN area.

Only a quiet room. Sonja brings the bowls and any props needed and sets the space. Teams take part seated or lying down, so there is no need for changing rooms or a gym.

Sessions are designed for teams and groups of most sizes. For larger gatherings or all-company events, reach out and we will shape the format together.

A Lunch Reset runs 45 minutes at $350; a Burnout Reset runs 60 minutes at $450. First-time teams can begin at the $250 introduction rate.

Two to three weeks is comfortable for most dates, though we will always try to accommodate shorter notice when the calendar allows.

None at all. Every session is gently guided and built for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.

Come as you are. Comfortable clothing you can rest in is ideal, and everyone stays fully clothed throughout.
